Numerical and Statistical Data Analysis

Overview

Pacific ESI staff members have extensive experience in the demanding and specialised field of high-performance numerical analysis and coding. In one case, to meet our clients specifications, a staff member successfully ported a client’s proof of concept statistical analysis code from R to a cross-platform Fortran 2008 command line application while simultaneously reducing memory usage from ~48 GB to less than 4 GB and slashing run times from several days to less than a minute. Similar work has been performed in PYTHON and C/C++ as well as Java.
